I have extensive experience helping people to improve their overall well-being and to manage life’s stressors. I practice from a holistic perspective and offer a wide range of counselling techniques to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
I hold a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and have formal training in Holistic Nutrition, Health Coaching, Motivational Interviewing and Experiential Learning. I am experienced in grief and loss, life’s transitions, chronic pain, health and wellness, mindfulness, somatic therapy and in counselling people with disabilities.
